📦 How To Order: EverydayPick.in – Order Management Workflow

Overview: EverydayPick is an e-commerce platform offering online sales and delivery of products from brands like Amul and Hawk. It handles the full order lifecycle from placement to delivery, including payment and tracking.


🔄 Order Workflow:
1. Order Placement:
  • Customer visits everydaypick.in and places an order.
  • After placing the order:
    • Order confirmation sent via email.
    • A PDF is generated with order details and a unique Order Number.
2. Next Step After Order:
  • Our team will call shortly for order confirmation.
  • If not, please check your Order Status in Order History:
    • If status is "Invoice Created", you're good to go!
    • If status is still "Order Placed", please call 9445003353.
3. Order History & Payment:
  • Customers access Order History on the website.
  • By entering their Order Number, they can:
    • Check order status.
    • If status is "Invoice Created", a QR code is shown for payment along with the payable amount.
4. Payment Confirmation:
  • Customer pays by scanning the QR code.
  • Takes a screenshot of payment confirmation.
  • Sends screenshot to the given WhatsApp number.
  • On the Order History page:
    • Enter the same WhatsApp number.
    • Select Confirm Order or Cancel Order.
5. Admin Verification:
  • Admin verifies payment screenshot and WhatsApp message.
  • Order status is updated to either:
    • Order Confirmed
    • Order Cancelled
6. Delivery:
  • If confirmed, order is packed and dispatched.
  • After delivery, status is updated to Order Delivered.
  • Once you click **Confirm Order** and share the screenshot of your payment, you will receive your order within half a day to one day.
